Nature at Hand takes data privacy seriously. This is a statement of our policies.

WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS TO ANYONE ELSE.

Data that we collect for online sales:

• Customer's name and shipping address. We need this to ship the purchased products.
• Customer's email address. We use this to acknowledge the order and communicate any issues that may arise concerning the order.
• Paypal transaction number. We collect this in case there is any need to communicate with PayPal concerning the order.
• Name and quantity of product ordered.
• Additional instructions, if any, entered by the customer.

We do NOT see the customer's credit or debit card number. This information is collected by PayPal,a division of EBay, but is not passed on to us. Other data that we may collect:

• Names and email addresses of people who contact us directly or through our website. We use this information to address any issues that are brought to our attention.

In addition, we may, from time to time, use the email addresses of our customers and other contacts to communicate information that we think may be of interest to them, such as:

• Announcements of new products.
